Ahhhhhh! I hate posting on the blog because I'm so lazy when we do tastings. I'd rather just sit back and enjoy the flavor. WARNING: My notes suck and I'm just writing when I wrote at the time. *I wish my scanner worked cause it would be so much easier to do a post that way.
St. Peter's English Ale
The smell is Carmely and warm. Wes says it has a grainy smell. The taste is very different from other ales we have had. We can't really put our fingers on what it tastes like.

St. Peter's Cream Stout
For a cream stout it's not that creamy. We were very disappointed in the taste of this one becuse we felt it tasted more like a rauch beer. It had a suttle smokey flavor. For the style it was very different, but had a great taste nonetheless.

St. Peter's Olde Style Porter
I love this porter! Unfortunately Matt didn't think it was anything special. It was just good. If someone asked me "Hey Retha what does a porter taste like?" my answer would be "Well, here is St Peter's Olde Style Porter. This is what a standard porter tastes like.

St. Peter's Golden Ale
"The best golden ale we've had" says Matt. Which means a lot because we're not big golden ale fans. I likes it because it didn't make me want to gag. Wes' comment was "Not bad, very drinkable. Don't like light stuff that much, but ti was still good.

Saranac Oktoberfest Lager
This had a toasty flavor. It wasn't too bad it was standard Oktoberfest. Matt said, "I like it."
